Trimming the Tree

Everett was very eager to help us trim the tree this year. We decided to forego stringing beads, as we knew it would only take one grab for Pryce to pull them all down at once ... along with any ornaments that got in the way. We also purchased a lot of shatterproof ornaments this year. We learned the hard way with Everett that ornaments look like they might actually taste good. Didn't want a repeat of that experience!

Everett took great pride in his work. I told him to find a spot that didn't have any ornaments and hang his ornament there. Well, he did EXACTLY as he was told. He found a spot and he hung ALL his ornaments there!

We had a lot of fun. It sure is nice to experience Christmas throught the eyes of a three year old. :)
