First hair cut!

We took Everett for his first haircut on May 5th. After fighting a few tears, I found the courage to say goodbye to his curls. We took him to a place that specializes in kids haircuts. They had a great setup with lots of toys and fun cars to sit in while watching TV during the haircutting. Everett was pretty reluctant to get in the police car at first and we weren't so sure things were going to go well ... thank goodness for Elmo ... as soon as they turned his show on he was much more cooperative! The lady did a great job cutting quickly (but also accurately) and after just a few minutes we were looking at a new little boy. He looks so different now ... he went from baby to little boy in just minutes. His teacher at school said he looks a whole year older!
