Christmas cards

Today was spent putting away the Christmas tree and Christmas decorations. This included putting away all the Christmas cards we have prominently displayed as soon as you walk in our home. This site makes me really happy, so I decided to take a picture before putting them away.

One of my favorite things about the holiday season is receiving Christmas cards. I love knowing that we are in the thoughts (and on the Christmas mailing lists) of loved ones near and far. I look forward to checking the mail knowing there might be a new card or two waiting for us. After opening a card, I make a point of displaying each and every one and I stop by to admire them daily. Thanks everyone for your holiday greetings this year! I cherished every one of them!
