5/13/07 On Mother's day morning, after a really yummy breakfast of David's awesome
migas, we headed to the annual Taste of Addison. We bought a new wagon for Everett to ride in and it worked great! It even had a canopy to keep the sun off him. He happily waved at everyone we passed as if he were the star of his own parade! Since we were still full from breakfast, we didn't sample much food, but enjoyed just wondering around and hearing the music. The highlight of the event was playing in the fountains! Everett was a little unsure about them at first, but it didn't take him long to get soaked and happy ... although he was NOT a happy camper when it was time to leave! He would have stayed there all day had we let him.

Sunday evening my parents, Jenny, Tom,
Brayden and Karly came over for us to celebrate Mother's day with our Mom. We were treated to David's yummy
crawfish ettoufe' and my parents brought along some of Fishmonger's deliciously naughty bread pudding.
Afterwards we relaxed in the backyard and were entertained by Everett & Brayden playing. (see video below) It was a really wonderful Mother's Day!
Karly is quite the happy baby ... here she is clapping and smiling for us after dinner:
